The lack of customer service was disappointing. The breakfast was limited and didn't offer any local cuisine, which seemed like a missed opportunity. The terrace service was only available during specific hours, leaving guests with little access to food or drinks throughout the day.

Very unfriendly staff!

Offers efficient service and good food. The room is exquisitely decorated and brand-new and essentials you need, including a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating, is right there. The breakfast is particularly nice and the staff is outstandingly helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet!

Make sure to ask about the delicious local specialties available at breakfast that aren't always mentioned by staff.

The breakfast was rich and good, but without much variation. The central location is very convenient. All pubs and bars are within walking distance. The view of Stromboli is sensational.

Great terrace with beautiful view, especially in the evening. Super beautiful sicilian typical furnished room. Very good breakfast. Very, very tidy cleaner/room maid, everything was always perfectly clean, great praise. We'd basically like to come back.

What they don't tell you

The view of Stromboli from the terrace is quite something. The spacious rooms are nicely decorated, though some details like outdated TVs and clarity on charges could use improvement. Breakfast was decent but not nice. Be ready for loud music during late nights. It can really disrupt the peace.

The reception was very helpful and ordered us a heli shuttle when the ferries did not go. The room has only one emergency exit

Great location with view of the harbour from the veranda. Very friendly staff! Since the 10 o'clock ferry was cancelled, we were allowed to keep our room until the 15 o'clock ferry. Mille grazie!

Stayed for 3 nights and was utterly disappointed. Breakfast was terrible, with supermarket ham and no local treats. I expected complimentary goodies for my "special occasion"-that would have been nice. Dealing with rude staff at the reception just made it worse. If only the terrace were open more often. Not worth the price!

Absolutely great location 2 minutes from the ferry pier. Wonderful view of the sea. Excellent, varied breakfast with a wonderful view. In the evening near many restaurants and entertainment.

it is great

The views from our spacious room blew us away, especially during breakfast on that huge terrace overlooking the sea. After a day of exploring, we enjoyed a relaxing foot massage and unwound in the sun terrace. Just a heads up, the WiFi could be spotty at times, but it didn't take away from the gorgeous experience. 🌊

The service. The staff was very helpful in order to arrange us a trip to Stromboli. The location is perfect and the decoration is very nice.

The matress was a little bit hard, that was the case in all Sicily.

staff could bearly speak some english, however they offered us breakfast, despite the fact it was not included in the room rate; if I were to go there again, I would pick another hotel (a cheaper one or one with a pool, as the beach is far and not that good), as what i have liked most - the bar- can be used also by non-hotel guests
